Front desk agent at the one boutique hotel
We are currently seeking Front Desk Agent. Front Desk Agent will be responsible for the welcoming and departing of hotel guests in a courteously and efficient manner.
Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
Ability to input and access data in the computer.
Understand guest inquires and provide responses.
Promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Front Desk and by telephone.
Remain professional and courteous with demanding or difficult guests or situations, in order, to turn them to the positive.
Focus on the guest needs remaining calm and courteous.
Work well under pressure on any arrivals and/or departures within any given period of time.
Focus attention on details.
Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
Ensure security of guest room access.
Remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time.
Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
1 year related experience is preferred.
Some college education is required.
