Looking for Senior Program Associate
The Senior Program Associate supports the implementation and management of the Foundation's grant programs and leadership initiatives. Working closely with the Foundation's Director of Community Leadership, the Senior Program Associate works to ensure successful realization of the Foundation's new strategic priorities. The Foundation aspires to be a leader in effective Community Leadership philanthropy and the Senior Program Associate will also work closely with community leaders and residents to engage them in all of the Foundation's programming.
Manage a portfolio of grants, including but not limited to making site visits, providing grant recommendations, working with partners to determine appropriate benchmarks, and distilling relevant information on grant outcomes
Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Foundation's grants database
Coordinate technical assistance for grantees, including but not limited to workshops on race & equity and best practices in youth leadership
Partner with the Director of Community Leadership to support the Foundation's discrete initiatives that may range from large-scale innovations to an annual series of seminars on key issues in the borough
Represent the Foundation at borough and neighborhood forums and meetings
Other duties, as assigned.
B.A. degree and at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit sector, public policy or philanthropy

This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, NY. Salary will range between $50K and 60K, depending on experience. The Foundation offers a competitive benefits package.
