Sales Support Specialists must be excellent communicator that works primarily over the phone. Appointment setter is the first representative of our company that a consumer comes in contact with. As a result, it is important the Appointment Setter represents Resource in a pleasant and professional manner. Documenting and providing all information necessary for an appointment to occur.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be computer literate, and have at least a basic proficiency with data entry
Must have excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette
Must be able to reach daily cold call quota requirements averaging 70 to 80 calls per day
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to network and communicate professionally with Executive Management
Prior sales and/or telemarketing experience is preferred
Must be self-motivated, and be able to work independently
Must be able to show an articulate and professional phone presence
Must be proficient English speaker, including fluency in business terminology
1 or 2 years’ experience
Proficient in English (native or 2nd language)
Requires actual residency in the Dominican Republic
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for making cold calls and scheduling the follow up call between the Sales Executives and the prospect.
Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services, and/or qualify potential customers.
Prospect for new sales opportunities to business leads.
Ability to uncover prospects’ voice and data needs by asking fact finding questions.
Ability to contact current client base with specific services to meet their needs.
Deliver sales scripts that describe our products and services in order to persuade potential customers to move to the next step in the sales funnel.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Explain services, prices, and answer questions from customers.
Obtain prospect information (i.e. - record business names, addresses, purchases, qualifying notes, current system, and reactions) and enter into system database.
Ability to meet or exceed monthly metrics.
Continual education on new and existing services.

WORKING SCHEDULE & PAY RANGE
Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate to be determine plus commission.
