Directs personnel and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity.
Responsible for labor relations
Administers personnel policies.
Monitors labor law s for changes that affect hr.
Prepares, recommends and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
Answers any questions and/or request by governmental employment-related agencies. Represents the company at hearings.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
Administers classification programs and writing job descriptions.
Handling and tracking accidents for ehs support
With executive approval, designs, plans and implements corporate benefits programs, policies and procedures. Directs benefits administration, enrollments and open enrollment meetings, processes applications.
Obtains bids upon benefits renewal, confers with management regarding benefits cost, makes recommendations as to employer/employee cost sharing.
Conduct research assimilates data and creates a wage/ salary scale.
Prepares performance review forms and directs the distribution of the forms to supervisory personnel.
Coordinates recruitment process with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, accepts resumes and applications, interviews and assists with the final decision process.
Manage and conducts training needs assessment, maintains training records and training matrix
Manages and oversees organizations hris (human resources information systems).
Manage and supervises the processing of payroll data.
Conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage gate rate.
Meets with supervisors to resolve personnel issues.
Writes separation notices for employees separating with cause and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employment and related services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
