Receptionist - Office Assistant

This is a "Hybrid" position to work in a Midtown based staffing agency. We recruit for a "niche" industry, dealing with a high-end clientele. Our office is busy and has a long term team in place. Our environment is casual, but we are serious about our work and enjoy a 35 year + reputation.
We are seeking an individual who can keep up with a busy, sometimes hectic pace. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: phones, assisting applicants, e-mail, scanning (lots), generating invoices, mail, errands, maintaining and ordering of office supplies, changing toners and ink, keeping files organized, assist with paying bills, keeping track of agreements, candidate and job-order files, banking and keeping office neat and tidy. Requirements: Some College a minimum
Be well spoken
Experience in an office
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Excell, Quickbooks and Networking
Able to take initiative
RELIABILITY
EXPERIENCE IN AN OFFICE
Be intelligent You will be exposed to, learn about and be involved in all aspects of our business. This could be a great opportunity for the right person.
Hours are 9:00 - 6:00 preferred. Salary $12.50 to $15.00 DOE + Health Ins with Dental and Vision
