End User Care Specialist

Receive user support requests via phone and email;
Investigate user mobile interactions in Company’s platform and explaining of same to users;
Handle and document interactions with users through closure;
Escalate and coordinate with appropriate internal teams such as Compliance, Finance, Account Management, where needed.

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
College student in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields, preferable.
Native level of English. Fluency in the language, both spoken and written, as well as strong English language listening skills, mandatory.
Ability to work in UK business hours (4:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dominican Republic time), and during UK working days. Hours of operation is a must.
1-2 years previous experience in similar positions;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
Politeness, patience, and composure in handling user requests over the phone.

4:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Shift, Monday to Friday
