JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Restaurant Manager Department: Restaurant
Reports to: ADMINISTRATION Age 30-35
Skills required:
7-10 years experience Luxury Restaurant environment
Good looking, good posture, able to work under pressure, hard worker, able to work with strong standards.
Able to work in a team and motivated.
English, French, German languages must be fluently
Career-oriented, no jumping people, and coming from Luxury Restaurant Companies
Providing an efficient, professional service at all time
Responsible for the operation of the restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Minibar. Ensuring customer satisfaction and a good working environment for employees. Responsible for enforcing standards Xxx Restauurants, management planning, organization of work, monitoring of training and supervision of administrative tasks.
Main Duties:
• Ensure proper functioning of the restaurant according to the concept and philosophy of this one, giving quality service, professional, efficient, flexible and responsive to established standards.
• Direct the daily briefings of employees by presenting the activities and objectives of the day (VIP visits, events, product promotions)
• Responsible for the proper organization and distribution team.
• Ensuring good communication between the kitchen and restaurant as well as to ensure the quality of all products served in the restaurant.
• Must fallow the standards of service and control his team
• Have a thorough knowledge and complete product of the restaurant (menu, wine ...)
• Control and monitoring of cash transactions.
• Be available and visible during operations.
• In charge of the wine cellar
• In charge of the inventory ( Wine, China, Glass, Silver, Linen )
• In charge of Banqueting Operations
• Develop the activity of the restaurant by improving sales and revenues of the outlet
• Respect the fees set and control operating costs by avoiding waste (management menus, pens ...).
• Know how to cancel, correct, change the restaurants bills
• Actively participate in the daily running of the service, and control customer satisfaction
• Be able to manage guest complains
• Prepare daily report for the Property manager
• Ensuring good communication and cooperation with other departments
• Maintenance.
• Improving the quality of service, professionalism and reputation of our house at any time.
• Attend annual evaluations of department employees
• Know the rules in term of fire, hygiene, health and safety

• 3. Tiene contacto directo y colabora con el responsable de Marketing para

• 4. Esta en estrecho contacto con Proveedores y Marcas para organizar Eventos

Requisitos
experiencia en inventario, supervision, almacen, valores , honestidad, integridad

Indispensable
• Nivel académico de Diplomado, Licenciatura
• 5 ó más años de experiencia
• Inglés: lee y conversa con cierta fluidez
• Requiere residencia actual en República Dominicana
