Descripción
1.Works closely with group manager to maximize effectiveness through office management of schedules and information.* 2.Operates the Phone Keyboard
3.Maintain Lotus Notes calendar/agenda and schedule appointments prioritizing and negotiating to accommodate changing priorities.
4.Arrange meetings and conferences (including coordination of amenities) and notify participants. May oversee offsite meetings, negotiating contracts, etc.
5.Arrange travel itinerary, both domestic and international. Reconcile and complete Concur electronic travel expenses for managers.
6.Compile and prepare regular or special reports and supporting data necessitating the ion of data from various sources. This may include expense, capital and merit budgets, other discrete financial or business strategies, etc.
7. Provide assistance to internal customers:
 Assists Managers/HR generalists by coordinating interviews for internal and external Candidates
 Refers incoming calls of external customers to proper product group

Requisitos
* Related experience. *Exhibited skills of: self-directing work flow, ability to take initiative and to exercise judgment and management of multiple priorities.
* Demonstrated ability to operate computer systems using word-processing, spreadsheet and graphic software packages.
Must possess excellent verbal and communication english skills to include grammar and composition.
*Proven ability to interface verbally with varied levels of management to communicate information.
*Microsoft Office Package

Indispensable
• Nivel académico de Estudiante Universitario
• 2 ó más años de experiencia
• Inglés: dominio del idioma (nativo ó 2do. idioma)
• Requiere residencia actual en República Dominicana
