BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Provides services in the area of office organization, reception, computer use and personal skills
needed in integrating patient needs with Health Unit practices.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and
comprehensive information supporting each item.

1. Completion of secondary education is required.

2. Six months of equivalent clerical work are required.

3. English level III (good working knowledge) (speaking/reading/writing); Spanish level III
(good working knowledge) (speaking/reading/writing) are required.

4. Solid understanding of filing, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills are
required.

5. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite), ability to create worksheets and forms are
required.

6. Typing level I (up to 30 WPM) is required
