We provide Photo Video services for excursions, and we are requiring a Customer Service Representative capable of handling our customer’s inquiries and claims -through phone and email- as well as assisting them purchasing our products online.

We desire to hire a female candidate, but other qualified candidates will be taken into consideration as well. Candidates must reside close to Friusa or have means to commute to this location on a daily basis.

Candidates must:
Be fully bilingual, other languages appreciated.
Be eloquent and able to communicate formally.
Have demonstrable Customer Service skills.
Have multitasking skills.
+1yrs of experience

Answers:

1- My favorite hobbies are reading and watching series on netflix

2-For everything in life there is a solution, you just have to find the right way to solve it,
My job is to get it resolved.

3-All clients have their way be, just be patient and educated and teach them that we are able to solve any problem that is present.


For example: if a customer does not agree with any service of the company, we only ask him what suggestions for improvement he has for the company? We must remember that the customer is always right!
