Finance Assistant

• Audit AAF, spiff, bundle, trailing credits etc. claims.
• Submit claims into the system.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Advise customers of short payments on their claims.
• Scan claims to be attached into the Claim Request System.
• Administrative tasks as required.

Knowledge/Experience/Competencies/Education/Mandatory Internal Training:
• Minimum a Post-secondary education preferred
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of related admin experience.
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Proficiency in MS word, Outlook, and SAP/ERP is an asset.
• Strong customer service, negotiation problem solving and analytic skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels within the organization and customers.
• The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Sales Admin tasks.
• Detail oriented with good number sense.
• Self-motivated.
