Veltrex, is seeking positive and enthusiastic candidates for employment as a Collections Member Service Representative in a fast-paced customer service environment. The role of a Collections agent is to handle inbound calls and answer all customer inquiries, to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts and escalated issues with advanced level of expertise while maintaining company standards of excellent customer service.

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and have a team player mentality. Candidates must maintain a high level of professionalism and respectful attitude with all contacts, both internal and external. Successful agents demonstrate a high sense of urgency while remaining enthusiastic, possess good listening skills, and have the ability to ask questions and identify problems. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends. GBS International Inc., offers a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. - Communicate with debtors by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts and escalated issues with advanced level of expertise.
- Make outgoing calls to inform members regarding past due balances.
- Provide assistance to members regarding fees owed.
- Create and maintain analysis of accounts receivables and their aging
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with GBS Internationals policies and procedures.
- Communicate with debtors by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts and escalated issues with advanced level of expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position:
Collections Agent

Requirements
1. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
2. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends.
3. This position requires good written, oral and reading communication skills in order for the incumbent to accurately obtain, interpret and transcribe a variety of communications and instructions.
4. Computer literate (Word/Excel) with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Basic Arithmetic skills a must.

9. Average calls per hour on a weekly basis will be 45 calls
10. Strictly outbound except for the first week of the month
11. Lunch: 45 min and 15 min break.

Horario
Lunes a sábados de 12PM a 9PM y Domingos de 9AM a 6PM con dos días libres a la semana

Salario
145 p/h

El salario es fijo en su mayor parte y tiene una parte menor que es variable
