Position:
Customer Service Technical Support

Mission :
The CSR mission is to provide the best customer experience by answering inbound calls according to the Delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
Managing inbound client questions and proactively delivering product best practices, personalized recommendations, and updates.
Research required information using delivery tools.
Identify and escalate priority issues.

Language :
Fluent written and spoken English

Education :
Grades and Under Grades

Experience :
First Experience as a CSR in a Call Center
