Position:
Bilingual Tech Support (Windows / VOIP)

Requirements:
*English conversation skills are a must.
*Windows server 2012+
*Windows Group Policy
*Proficient with TCP/IP network protocol and services in a mixed environment Windows servers and clients and some Linux.
* Able to multitask and work with minimum supervision
* Able to work some weekends and on-call schedule
* Must understand IP Networking (Routing, firewall, NAT, LAN, WAN)
* Is dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible

Starting salary:
25K based on experience
