A company dedicated to provide consulting services and products in the area of telecommunications and Information Technology to a wide range of small to mid size business and organization is looking for an energetic, detail oriented fully bilingual individual who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their career, to work in our office.

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry
• Review and answer emails and voice message
• Prepare, review and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, presentations and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintains outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Maintain and efile clients information
• Assist in troubleshooting desktop support issues

Requirements
• Bachelor degree or working towards a must
• 1+ year of hand on administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize tasks or projects
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST and some Saturdays -10 AM to 2 PM
• Willingness to learn new skills and to pursue various cloud and IT certifications
• Basic Windows 7 and 10 OS
• Basic TCP/IP networks
